Join The United States Air Force Band in this one-hour Public Television broadcast featuring guest artists, The Tenors: Cook, Dixon and Young; Empire Brass; and host MaryTherese Tebbe.
Celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the United States Air Force the program includes American classics such as American Salute, Ain't Misbehavin', America the Beautiful, and a rousing full-cast finale of God Bless America.
The program is presented in partnership with Maryland Public Television and was made possible in part by Booz Allen Hamilton and The Music Center at Strathmore (no Federal endorsement intended or authorized).

The Tenors: Cook, Dixon & Young
For nearly a decade, tenors Victor Trent Cook, Rodrick Dixon and Thomas Young have been singing together as an ensemble. Their vocal artistry has delighted millions of fans across the country and around the globe.
They have been featured on public television's Great Performances as well as countless other national and international broadcast appearances.
Additionally, each has enjoyed a distinguished career of his own.
Victor Trent Cook received a Tony Award nomination for "Smokey Joe's Cafe," Rodrick Dixon has been a featured performer in several roles with the Los Angeles and Michigan Opera companies, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, and in Broadway's "Ragtime." Grammy Award-winning vocalist Thomas Young has appeared as a soloist in major concert halls around the world; he's also created operatic roles for contemporary composers like John Adams and Anthony Davis.

Empire Brass
The Empire Brass enjoys an international reputation as North America's finest brass quintet, renowned for its brilliant virtuosity and the unparalleled diversity of its repertoire.
The five musicians -- all of whom have held leading positions with major American orchestras -- perform over 100 concerts a year in cities such as New York, Boston, Chicago, Washington, London, Zurich and Tokyo.
With their best-selling recordings they have introduced a worldwide audience to the excitement of brass music that ranges from Bach and Handel to jazz and Broadway. The Empire Brass has toured the Far East 13 times and performs regularly in Europe. It has played to standing-room crowds in the former Soviet Union, where its concerts were broadcast on television.
On U.S. television, the Empire Brass has been featured on CBS's Good Morning America, NBC's Today show and Sunday Today and PBS's Mr. Roger's Neighborhood. The group is a regular guest on commercial and public radio networks nationwide, performing on programs such as St. Paul Sunday Morning, Traditions and NPR's Performance Today.

| MaryTherese Tebbe |
MaryTherese Tebbe, Host
Named the Georgia Association of Broadcasters 2005 TV Personality of the Year, MaryTherese is a self-proclaimed "military brat," whose late father was a career Airman.
Since 2000 MaryTherese has spent her holiday season traveling the globe, hosting the annual Operation Seasons Greetings show with the Band of the Air Force Reserve. Her volunteer work with the band also includes the Patriotic World Tour with country music legend Lee Greenwood, and Operation Pacific Greetings with the Grammy Award-winning group Hootie and the Blowfish.
Part of her mission includes delivering video taped messages to and from deployed service members' families. She also started Operation Pen Pal, creating correspondence between students all over the United States and deployed service members serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom and
Operation Enduring Freedom.

| Paul Berry |
Paul Berry, Narrations
With more than 32 years of media experience, Paul Berry is one of Washington's most respected journalists. Paul recently returned to the airwaves as host of his own weekly syndicated radio talk show on Radio America where he discusses local and national issues with newsmakers, journalists, and Washingtonians.
Paul was senior anchor for ABC-7"s 5, 6, and 11 pm newscasts in Washington DC.
Recognized as a "man of the people," Berry is highly regarded in the Washington area for establishing two WJLA/community service programs, "Crimesolvers" and "Seven On Your Side." Over the years, Berry has been recognized countless times for his relentless work and commitment to the community.
