Master Sergeant Adam Francis Dempsey
Master Sgt. Adam Francis Dempsey is the audio engineer for the Airmen of Note, The United States Air Force Band, Washington, D.C. Originally from Alpena, Mich., his career in the Air Force began in 2001 as an audio engineer with the Band of the U.S. Air Force Reserve, Robins AFB, Ga.

A 2000 graduate of The University of Michigan, Sergeant Dempsey received a Bachelor of Music degree in clarinet performance. He then earned an Audio Engineering Certificate from the Omega Studios School in 2001. Sergeant Dempsey has studied with Pat Brown, Harry Donovan and Buford Jones. He has also provided audio support for Hootie and the Blowfish, Blues Traveler and the New England Patriots Cheerleaders.

As audio engineer for the Airmen of Note, Sergeant Dempsey has provided exceptional audio support for world renowned jazz artists Joey DeFrancesco, The New York Voices and Al Jarreau. He has also deployed with the rock group Max Impact in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, where they entertained over 60,000 U.S. and coalition forces.
