Master Sgt. Jeremy Koch performed at the United States Navy International Saxophone Symposium. His program included “Giallo” by Nathan Lincoln-Decusaties and “Pit Band” by William Albright. Sergeant Koch, a saxophonist with the Concert Band, was joined by the Band’s bass clarinetist, Master Sgt. John Romano. This year, Master Sgts. Jeremy Koch and John Romano--members of The USAF Concert Band, performed at the conference. Sergeant Koch, a saxophonist in the Band, began his program with "Giallo." This work was composed by Nathan Lincoln-Decusaties and was written especially for the occasion. Sergeant Romano--bass clarinetist with the Band--joined Sergeant Koch for another new work, "Pit Band," by William Albright. Now in its 34th year, the International Saxophone Symposium has one of the largest audiences of any saxophone-only event in the country today.
