The United States Air Force Band's Silver Wings performs on the steps of the U.S. Capitol in August 2007. During the summer months, different components of the USAF Band provide free public concerts at various outdoor venues around Washington, D.C., including the steps of the U.S. Capitol, the base of the Washington Monument, and the Air Force Memorial in Arlington, Va.
